Pittsburgh-based Americana band City Dwelling Nature Seekers (CDNS) was a staple of the Pittsburgh music scene from 2008-2015.  The group (singer/songwriter Michael McCormick, drummer/guitarist Chris Parker, mandolinist Lee Hintenlang, bassist Matt Booth, and pianist Dan Barrett) released four albums and toured all over the region.  Their deep catalogue of original music provided the perfect vehicle for their electrifying live shows.  Their last release from 2015, “Bringing it Back”, was produced by Rusted Root’s Michael Glabicki and captured the band in full control of their sound.  CDNS honed their craft and built a loyal fan base over countless shows at their beloved Thunderbird Café, and could think of no better location for a reunion concert.  The band is older and wiser, the club is new and improved, and this one night only event will revisit the magic of City Dwelling Nature Seekers for audiences old and new.

Bindley Hardware Co. is a rust-belt Americana band from Pittsburgh, PA. They draw influence from classic country, folk and modern alt-country, as well as from the original Bindley Hardware Co., its namesake hardware store owned and operated by frontman Jon’s family during Pittsburgh’s industrial boom in the early 20th century. “To be able to make music or have any kind of creative endeavor that identifies where you’re from is really important. Things in Pittsburgh inspire me every day. The Bindley Hardware Co. has such a rich history and I’m kind of making it my own,” Bindley said.
