Gettin’ Weir’d:
Gettin’ Weir’d, a tribute to Bob Weir’s musical legacy, is the mid-Atlantic region’s premiere Bob Weir Tribute band. Together since 2016, the seven-piece group was started by Patrick Higgins (Splintered Sunlight, Last Fair Deal, Beggar’s Tomb) to bring more attention to the vast catalogue encompassing Bob Weir’s musical career. Along with his work in the good ole Grateful Dead, they also feature Bob’s work in Kingfish, Bobby and the Midnites, Ratdog and solo projects right up to the present day. Often mixing in acoustic and electric instruments during a performance, they can provide a wide variety of musical styles in an evening’s performance. Of course, they always keep the dancing going. It’s an honor and joy to bring the music we all love to a venue in your town.
