Expertly crafted songs and sublime musicianship are the backbone of Nashville-based The Brook & The Bluff. Originally from Birmingham, AL, the band’s name is derived from the pockets of Birmingham where they grew up — Bluff Park for frontman Joseph Settine, and Mountain Brook for bassist Fred Lankford, drummer John Canada, keyboardist Kevin Canada, and guitarist Alec Bolton.

Yard Sale, the band’s most recent album, harnesses the spirit of their live show while showcasing intricate harmonies and inventive arrangements. Such is the case on featured singles “Misnomer” and “Doobie Bronson”. Recorded with longtime collaborator Micah Tawlks (Coin, Jake Wesley Rogers), Yard Sale comes in the wake of First Place – the band’s compelling debut, which features the anthemic “Halfway Up” along with fan favorites “Everything Is Just A Mess” and “Shelby”.

The Brook & The Bluff have built a successful foundation of touring on the back of their famously energetic live performances. Headlining sold-out rooms in major markets across the country and having supported Mt Joy, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, and Ashe in 2022 – the band now enters the new year with all the momentum in the world. 2023 holds an impressive festival season, the band’s Red Rocks debut (supporting Rainbow Kitten Surprise), and a fresh Spring 2023 tour.
A confessional and introspective singer-songwriter, Savannah Conley has crafted a body of work that stretches across genres. Being raised in Nashville by a background singer mother and session guitarist father culminated in an intrinsic need to tie her life experiences to songs, using music as the backdrop to put her feelings into something tangible with the hope that others might find comfort in them, too. For a songwriter that would eventually be awarded with the John Lennon Songwriting award at just nineteen years old, release her debut EP at twenty-one, and receive acclaim from the likes of Rolling Stone and NPR, saying Conley’s music resonates with listeners would be an understatement.

Established in Birmingham, AL, The Brook & The Bluff is a four-man band that consists of frontman Joseph Settine, drummer John Canada, guitarist Alec Bolton and bassist Fred Lankford. The guys have quickly become recognized for their evocative blend of instrumental talent and vocal harmony. These elements are readily apparent in the band's debut track, “Masks.” Having initially gained momentum via Spotify, the song has helped spur the band forward in their musical pursuits. The group's first year as a full band has been widely successful. From charting on Spotify's US and Canada Viral 50 Playlists, performing at the NAMM shows in both Nashville and Anaheim, and selling out shows in Atlanta, Birmingham, Huntsville, Nashville and Opelika, the band has had an exhilarating first year.  Originally an acoustic duo, Alec and Joseph started turning heads in local venues with clean vocals and expert guitar work. John noticed the talent and potential of the duo and offered to play drums and sing with the guys. Soon after, he officially joined the group, expanding their sound with driving rhythm and an added voice. The trio instantly locked in and have been playing together ever since. With their new bassist Fred Lankford, The Brook and The Bluff relocated to Nashville in 2018.
