A message from Thunderbird regarding our Covid-19 Safety Policy:
As Covid-19 cases increase around the country due to the spread of the Delta variant, the Thunderbird Café and Music Hall is working hard to ensure the safety of our customers, staff, vendors, bands, and all members of touring crews.  As an indoor venue, we are blessed to have 40’ high ceilings and a new HVAC system which can help keep down the spread of the virus.  We are also working hard to clean and sanitize the venue before every show.

Someone once wisely said “Vaccines are the gateway drug to concerts”.

After much thought and discussion, we have decided that we will be requiring proof of vaccination to enter the Thunderbird Café and Music Hall for shows for the foreseeable future.  If you are not or cannot get vaccinated…do not worry you can still enjoy great live music.  All you have to do is show us proof of a negative Covid-19 test with results completed 48 hours or less before the show…and in you go!

We put our money where our mouth is around here and the same testing and/ or vaccination proof will apply to our staff and to the artists and touring staff that come into the Thunderbird.  These policies are being put into place in venues around the country and in many cases are being requested by the artists that will be on our stage.  In some cases, artists have asked that everyone also wear a mask.  We will let you know in advance when masks are also required.

Stay safe out there and we’ll see you at the shows.
